Do you deliver on Sunday & Bank Holidays?
No, not on these days sorry.
 
Can I specify a delivery time?
Sorry no, we can only guarantee that your flowers will be delivered between 08.00 & 17.00 on the delivery date specified. However, please call and we can endeavour to help you.
 
How much is delivery?
Island wide delivery is £7.00.
 
What is the cut off time for same day delivery?
For same day delivery please order before 12.00pm Monday to Saturday and 10.00am on Thursdays.
 
What else is provided with my order?
A care guide and flower food is provided with each order to nourish the blooms, and deter bacteria from growing.
 
Where is the best location to please my flowers?
Always place your blooms somewhere they can be seen and enjoyed and always from drafts, direct sunlight, any heat source and fruit.
 
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cut off time for this is 24 hours before the order only by phone and not email, 01534 737379. If the order has been delivered you will be charged.
 
Can I change to delivery day?
Yes, no problem but only by phone and not email and cut off time to change is 24 hours before the delivery date. 01534 737379.
 
What happens if the recipient isn’t home for the delivery?
Flowers will be left in a safe place, in a shed or garage or a sheltered area and often with a neighbour, if there is no suitable place for the flowers to be left then a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact our shop to re-arrange a delivery, or they can simply collect them from our shop in St Helier.
