PERSONAL INFORMATION:
1.1 All personal data that we collect is entirely for the fulfilling your order and is protected by way of a password and is subject to access only by hierarchal permission.

1.2 We will keep your e-mail address on file, occasionally we may send you information on our products and special offers, and you are able to opt out of these emails at any time.

1.3 All card details are taken at the point of sale and is processed by a third party, no card details are recorded by us.

DELIVERY:
2.1 Our knowledgeable drivers deliver goods, which will be left at the property in a safe secure place or with a neighbour if no one is home.

2.2 We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect postcodes, house number or names leading to incorrect addresses, in such situations flowers will be returned to our shop, and contact made with the recipient to arrange another date for delivery or they item can be collected from our shop.

2.3 We reserve the right to substitute flowers to the value of the order placed if we do not have the flowers in stock without notice.

2.4 We do not accept liability for delayed flower deliveries from Holland & London our third party suppliers caused by adverse stormy weather for shipping, mechanical breakdown, floods or fire.

CANCELATIONS:
