Looking after your flowers

1,. You can make your flowers last longer by searing the end of the stems. Cut off the stems by about an inch, then dip them in boiling water – just the bottom 10 per cent – for about 10 seconds, then leave them in a deep bucket of water in a cool place, preferably overnight. Once they’ve had a good long drink, you can arrange them to suit.

2. Try to keep your flowers in a cool location, out of the sun so that your flowers do not suffer unnecessary heat.

3. To prolong the life of your flowers, pour the provided flower food sachet into your flower water, this will make you flowers sing for that dinner party or special event.

4. Change the water in your flowers every fews days to make sure that they stay fresh.
